Since the property is second-hand property, seller makes no warranty of any kind and sells the goods on an “AS-IS” basis.  Further, seller makes no warranty of any kind, express or implied; and all implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are hereby disclaimed by seller and excluded.

Payable in US funds only prior to pickup or delivery.
