Frequently Asked Questions
Are the Traylor Bros Technicians trained to work on my equipment?
Traylor Bros. requires their Equipment Field Personnel and Technicians attend at least 2 weeks of training each year. Since we operate a mixed fleet (various manufactures) our Technicians have learned the basic principles of how things work plus get the exposure from the designs of several Manufactures. This training, on the job troubleshooting, and having the years of experience within our team helps diagnose the issue and reduce the machine downtime. In the event you have equipment we are not comfortable troubleshooting we will be honest and up front and may recommend you contact an Authorized Dealer.
